Proposal Modelling
In the bidding stage, Satellier quickly converts drawings into a BIM model for preliminary site and building construction planning, schedule analysis and preliminary estimating.
Construction Modelling
At the pre-construction stage, Satellier provides a detailed BIM model for constructability analysis, coordination, construction sequencing, trade coordination, and other analyses. During construction, the model can be used for costing scenario comparison and management of design changes and queries. Satellier’s model management services enable the construction team to leverage the power of BIM throughout construction and finally hand over an as-built model (and drawings) to the owner.
Design-Build Modelling
For design-build projects, Satellier acts as the BIM partner for the entire project team. We model from preliminary drawings and manage the model throughout the design and construction stages, providing a collaboration tool for all consultants and facilitating change management. This ensures that the design is fully coordinated, helping to maintain programmes and budgets.
Existing Condition and As-Built Modelling
We can quickly convert 2D drawings of an existing or a recently completed building into a BIM model for use in facilities management and digital asset management for owners.
Schedule & Cost Simulation (4D & 5D BIM)
BIM models can be embedded with phasing information and construction schedules to simulate, analyze and optimize construction sequencing. Enriching the model with time, materials and cost information, Satellier can extract detailed, stage-wise material quantities and costing reports.
