Learning and Development
Satellier invests a significant amount of time and resources on training its technical teams in international design and construction standards and practices, as well as the latest hardware and software used around the AEC industry.
We invest in our people, ensuring that all Satellier team members receive ample training with respect to international design and building systems, through:
- E-training technical skill enhancement tools
- On-site exposure to live building projects
- Focused sit-down construction technology seminars presented by AIA and RIBA architects working in our studio
In addition to the standard training given to all employees, our team members are given customised training to align their skills with the needs of a specific client and/or project.
At Satellier, our extensive training program takes care of the business needs of the organization in a highly competitive market. The trainings are based on the objective of workforce development, thereby improving the quality and productivity of Satellier employees.
- Technical skills: The team members allocated to a project are required to undergo project training that provides detailed project introduction and any software training, as required. Specialized CAD trainings on softwares such as AutoCAD, Microstation, ArchiCAD, ADT, Triforma, Sketchup and Revit are also provided to the employees thereby upgrading their technical skills.
- Soft-skills: The integrated work-share process requires a high-degree of competence in the use of business English communication and understanding of cross-cultural diversity. Our soft skills training regimen is designed towards complete personality development of our employees.
Each training session is followed by extensive assessment to measure the effectiveness of training, which then goes into improving the training methodology to make it more effective.
