- A comprehensive and structured induction program for new members of the SAT family is designed to help them settle down into the new environment, as well as maximize their productivity from the very beginning and prepare them for their respective roles and responsibilities.
- SAT's 'Buddy System' helps the new joinees to adjust in the new work environment. Each new team member is assigned a 'buddy' who provides a helping hand to help them settle down comfortably.
