- Casino and Hotel at Las Vegas - This landmark project consists of 1.5 million sq. ft. of casino area with convention halls, high end retail and restaurants spread over five floors. Above the casino rises 40 story East tower and 52 story west tower with gross built-up area of 1.02 million sq. ft. and 2.65 million sq. ft. respectively. Below the casino there are five basements with 325,500 sq. ft. of floor area each.
- Luxury Condominiums and Hotel tower at Florida – Two multi-story towers with high end retail space and three basements. The total built-up area of the project is 500,000 sq. ft.
- Mix-Use Complex at Seattle – It comprises of 41 story office tower with gross built-up area of 539,000 sq. ft. and a 21 story residential tower with gross built-up area of 170,000 sq. ft
- Land Art project in Arizona – A team of world renowned artist, architects and astronomers is involved in this landmark project. It is being developed inside of a volcanic crater and designed to observe celestial phenomenon for next 200 years.
- Urban Village at Las Vegas - An Urban village with gross built-up area of 200,000 sq. ft. is under design development stage. It includes convention spaces, retail areas and hospitality facilities.
- High design Jewelry retail chain – Over 400 outlets spread all over US with built-up area ranging from 1000-1500 sq. ft.
- Fashion wear outlets – Over 50 outlets for a leading fashion brand with built-up area 2000 sq. ft.
- National Bank outlets – Over 35 outlets in major cities for a leading national bank with gross built-up area ranging from 4000-6000 sq. ft.
- Departmental Store chain – 10 outlets with built-up area of 35000 sq. ft. each.

- Mixed use skyscraper in Kuwait - 71 storied, 400m tall mixed use skyscraper with gross built-up area of 1.8 million sq. ft.
- Business City at Kuwait – Mixed use development comprising of a 55 story office tower and a 25 story residential tower along with high end retail space.
- Mixed use development at Dubai – It comprises of 10 story Office tower (308,000 sq. ft. built-up area), 23 story Hotel and Spa (406,255 sq. ft. built-up area) and six residential towers (10 million sq. ft. gross built-up area) along with parking for 1700 cars.
- Uptown Motor city at Dubai – It comprises of following two components along with a world class formula one racing track
- Auto mall (commercial) – includes 50 story Hotel tower, 40 storied Office tower and 03 storied Auto Mall
- Uptown (residential) – 22 residential blocks with gross built-up area of 6.63 million sq. ft.

- Mixed use towers at Chonqing, China – Group of three multistory towers with highest being 31 stories high Hotel/Office building (320,000 sq. ft. built-up area), 23 story residential tower with gross built-up area of 384,000 sq. ft. and 1.5 million sq. ft. of retail space spread over six floor.
- Convention Center at South Korea – This landmark building is part of new city being developed as trade and international business hub of north Asian regional markets. The site is reclaimed land off the coast of Seoul, South Korea. The convention center main hall is 144m long column free steel structure with light boat shape roofing system. The gross built-up area is 120,000 sq. ft.
- Multi-story residential development at South Korea – A cluster of four towers 26 stories high with built-up area of 250,000sq. Ft. each.
- Book Mall at Shenzhen, China – The largest book mall in Asia with built-up area of 100,000 sq. ft.
- IT Park at Delhi, India - Gross built-up area of 1.3 million sq. ft.
