Satellier's highly committed management team is led by its founder and CEO, Mr. Michael Jansen. With headquarters in Chicago and state-of-the art studio facilities in India, Satellier draws from top talent in India and abroad to enhance its expanding workforce of architects, engineers, interior and furniture designers, CAD operators, 3D artists and animators, IT technicians and administrators.
A large number of our technical team members have already worked on international projects prior to joining Satellier. They comprise graduates of prestigious Indian schools of architecture and engineering, and an increasing number have degrees from the US and the UK. We invest in making sure that each one of our employees is provided rigorous training in American and British standards through experienced AIA and RIBA licensed architects working in our studios.

Satellier's in-house Human Resource efforts with respect to recruitment, training and employee sustainability are highly structured, incorporating traditional firm wisdom with the latest "best practices" in the workshare world.
